Refund & Cancellation Policy
How subscription cancellations and refund requests will be handled.
1. Scope
This policy applies only when ColdCloud begins charging for paid SaaS plans.
2. Subscription charges
Subscription fees are charged according to the billing cycle shown at purchase. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, fees already charged are generally non-refundable for the current billing period.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription before the next renewal date to prevent future charges. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
4. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact coldcloudxyz@gmail.com with the transaction details so we can review it.
5. Service-specific exceptions
If a refund is required by applicable law, a written offer, or an express promise shown at checkout, that requirement will apply.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds will be initiated through the original payment method. The time for the amount to appear may depend on the payment provider or bank.
